Management problem
In every type of business, employees are one of the important assets because they carry
out various roles and responsibilities. In an organisation, there are many reasons that influence an
employee to leave the current company and switch to another organisation (Mayorova, 2019).
The main reason that make an employee to leave their current organisation is company's in-
efficiency of identifying needs and requirements of employees. Thus, company faces issue in
determining needs and requirements of employees and developing competitive benefit plan in
comparison of competitors. Thus, this creates mind-set among employees that they are not
getting importance for their work and hence, leave their current working organisation.
