INTRODUCTION
The concept of employees relation is mainly associated with strengthening and creating
better better employer- employee bonding and connection through making efforts for resolving
all possible workplace issues for providing satisfaction and support to employees. Thus, the
employees relationship is basically represent the efforts of an organisation to create and maintain
a healthy and positive relation and bonding with it employees (Brockman, Luo and Xu, 2020).
The organisation selected for current report is Aston Martin which is a famous British
independent multinational firm involved in manufacturing luxury sports cars and other e-vehicles
and the main headquarter of which is located at Gaydon, England, UK . The current report
comprises of a discussion about the value and importance of employees relations along with
evaluation of fundamentals of employment law. Further, an explanation about the different type
of rights, obligation and duties of an employer and employee operating at workplace of a
company is also included in this assignment. Current report also consists of a stakeholder
analysis and impact of both positive and negative employee relations on various stakeholders.

Explanation about the value together with importance concerned with employee relations.
Employee relations are mainly associated with effectively managing a positive bonding
and interaction among employees and employer through reducing chances of workplace conflicts
in order achieve and accomplish desired goals in an effective manner. Aston martin is a global
company dealing in luxury sports cars and other electric vehicles thus, employing thousands of
employees from various parts of the world. Therefore, it becoming more crucial and vital for this
company to manage and have positive employee relations (Chen and et.al., 2019). The main
examples of the mechanisms and strategies that can be adopted by a specific organisation for
managing the employment relationship are provided below in context of Aston martin:
Effective communication- providing and implementing proper channels of
communication is a viable mechanism that ensures enhanced and better interaction among
employees and employer to build a more positive and heaths workplace environment and
employee relation. Implication of effective communication with in Aston martin would avoid
chances of confusion and unnecessary stress at workplace to lead a more positive and better
employees relation.
