INTRODUCTION
Employment relation is the relationship and link between the
employer and employee which reciprocates rights and obligations
which ca arise between them. One of the crucial responsibility of
an organisation is to manage the relationship which will be helpful
in success of the organisation. This project defines the challenges
which can be faced by organisation while they focus on their
global business expansion and will quotes several strategies which
will be helpful in resolving employment relations conflicts. The
project will discuss how the company is focusing on expansion of
the business in different countries through forming subsidiaries at
different locations.
