Introduction
The term employment relationship at work refers to the
formal contractual connection between employers and
employees. This happens when someone works for pay
or provides services under specific circumstances. Such
a connection gives the employee and the employer
respective rights and obligations. It also decides how
employee-specific elements of labour and social security
laws will be applied.
