INTRODUCTIONThe motivation and encouragement to the users of health and social care services is beengiven by using the concept of empowering the users and also the safety and protection is alsogiven to the individuals in social care services (Lewis and West, 2014.). In this report the currentlegislation that promotes the rights of individuals in health and care services will be presented.Also the factors that affects the rights of individuals in health care services will also bepresented. Further more the communication between care staff and individuals will be shownthat promotes the rights of individuals.TASK-11.1 The current legislation and sector skills standards influencing organizational polices andpracticesIn order to regulate, to authenticate, to sanction and to grant permit for the events thatwill give security or protection to the public and local people legislation is a law that is beendefined by the government of the country (Tambuyzer, Pieters and Van Audenhove, 2014). Inthe partnership with health professional, care, health managers the care standard act has beendeveloped .The care standard commission is been introduced by them which takes responsibilityfor investigating and publication of the national minimum standard. The right for Mr Rano canebe promoted and maximized by using the flowing polices and the practices. They are as follows-:The process of inspection – The commission has been produced by the care standards act. Theinspection is been done by the hospital and care unit in which the Mr.Rano is residing for at leasttwice a year. The first inspection that is taking lace is announced while the other is notannounced. By observing the care unit, the inspector only check the quality of services andsafety of patient. In order to insect they also talk with the patients , their family members and thestaff that is working over there (Kidd, Kenny and McKinstry, 2015).Accountability – A right to complaint is also been given to Mr.Rano. Within the boundaries ofthe law the social workers can act .At any time he can be called as he is an employee of theorganization in order to give justification about their services to the patients or court.Giving service to vulnerable groups – Between social worker and the Miss Mel a conflict ofinterest may arise.
