Health and social careIntroductionVarious types of national rules, service standards, and legislations are influencing the organizational policies and practices. Besides that, many rules related to care quality commission, standard care act, commission for social care investigation, the act of age relation, the act of race relation, the act of gender discrimination mainly focus on the best quality care for all age groups of people. On the other hand, the government of the UK had issued lots of standards and policies to give the best possible service to the customers of health care organizations. Apart from that, according to care standard act 2000, each and every health care organizations needs to fulfill some essential requirements of their customers, for example, as per this Act, the management of the health care organization must provide a category of people who are not appropriate to work along with vulnerable adults. Along with this side, with the help of this Act, the regulatory system of the care service organization has been reformed such as children's home, care homes, domiciliary agencies and nursing homes. Also, the health care organizations also introduced fostering agencies, voluntary adaptation agencies due to the Care Standard Act, 2000. On the other hand, various types of factors that influence care service that maximizes rights of users along with participation and independence of user of health and social care will be explained in this report. Also, risk assessments along with medication practice of health care organizations will also be evaluated through proper arguments and justifications.Page 3 of 20

Also, he needs more quality care service for both long and short-term care, and these factors are discussed below:Problems in communications: due to the damage of corresponding nerves, the patients like Mr. Brown unable to understand both spoken and written languages of the care workers which creates several communication problems(Ginter, Duncan, and Swayne, 2013). Animosity: Aggressiveness is normal frequently between the Alzheimer patients. In the meanwhile, care providers or specialists won't distinguish patient's requirements if he/she doesn'tlet them know. Along these lines, they may sense disturbed on the off chance that they are gottensome information about their current health disorder. On the off chance that they are asked to clarify more than when they get to be distinctly forceful other than helping them by giving the response.Culture, behavior, and convictions: On the other hand, health care suppliers may neglect to understand the social requirements of patients. Along these lines, absence of social learning and around their conviction can deterrent in the method for accomplishing best consistency.
