The implementation of the LPM principle will have a positive impact on all the workers of this organization. Most of the employees and the future projects of this organization can be enhanced using the LPM principles (Yang et al., 2015). The business expectation of the consumers can be significantly improved using LPM principles. Management of time and resources are the prime areas of improvement of the enactment of the LPM principles. The following section of this memo will be presenting the background of the entire scenario in a descriptive manner. Background of the commercial establishment This project management consultancy was working mainly on the non-governmental projects over a period of time and the top level management team of this organization now wanted to work in the government projects. The eligibility criteria of the governmental projects was more than that of the governmental projects. Management of the resources and time is one of the most important criteria of the governmental projects (Wagner, Herrmann & Thiede, 2017).
