INTRODUCTION Academic study aims to assist an individual to understand what is expected to them along with develop skills to help in learning independently (Maican and Dovleac, 2019). The courses that are offered by the university are highly designed in a way who provide benefits to the students. The university has been ranked at 425thposition within the UK and received various awards for excellence in performance.The campus is situated in the middle of the city London which is highly safe and flourishing section of the city. It is highly suitable for the students who are preparing to get information and medicine and wants to develop a career within the field of health and medicine.It helps the students to learn independently and enhance confidence up to consideration level within the field of science and medicine(Stanford and Foster, 2020).Moreover, the University also provides opportunities in order to enrol for MBBS, maters in medicine, bachelors and master’s in physiotherapy which helps an individual in the personal as well as career development.Opting for a MBBS degree is one of the most leading courses that is currently provided by the St. George University. On the other hand, there are certain entry criteria that needs to be fulfilled by students who want to join MBBS 5 year programme to continue to study within the St. George University, it is essential for the applicant to be 18 or above the 18 years of age. It is important for the applicant to have studied Chemistry and Biology in grades (10 + 2). The student must have a minimum of 80% or a AAA grade in Biology in order to study medicine and get a degree in MBBS from the St. George University in United Kingdom. Similarly, another essential requirement for the students to study MBBS from this university, it is essential for the student to have minimum of 7.0 IELTS score. Summary of article i.e. Learning disabilities and challenging behaviour This article is based upon the facts that has been represented by National Institute of Health and Care Excellence which provides national guidance and advices in order to improve health and social care. In the chosen article it has been summarized that quality standards are focused towards caring for children, adults as well as young individuals with having learning disability along with challenging behaviour. As per standards, it has been evaluated that the behaviour is the thing which challenges anybody's interaction level among the atmosphere and person factors (Kelly, 2018). The behaviour consists of withdrawal, self injury, aggression, destructive behaviour, etc. Due to this, one have to deal with certain outcomes which are related to safeguarding, provide great experience of care, previous mature mortality, patient, safety and security, etc. Thus, in order to deal with them, there is a requirement of competencies and training occurs which are based upon care for the patients. This is the major reason that health and social care providers involved in caring practices. Moreover, they also assess people and treat them with learning disability and behaviour that challenges should have received which are relevant to the training sessions. On the other hand, families and care providers are also considered as recognized person for addressing important role and support them with learning disability and behaviour. Although, the statistics and previous studies explains that carers have insufficient amount of support from professionals who do not assist and do not have necessary expertise.Therefore, this can lead towards over medicating people having learning disability. The standards are highly focused towards the things which make sure that certain statement shave been prepared that the approaches used by staff includes the people with learning disabilities support them along with following least restrictive practices that they can. According to the standards, they provide eight major quality statements which all are focusing towards care people with having learning disabilities. For instance one of the statements are related to equality, diversity and language which highly explains that great level of communication is essential (Baudewijns and Bertelli, 2018). Hence, at the end it discusses over the necessary requirements that the care, treatment and support should be highly appropriate on the basis of patient age as well as their culture. 3
CONCLUSION From the above report, it has been concluded that academic study plays a major role in order to generate understanding about specific things through which one can able to act accordingly at the place where it is highly required. 4
