This company is having is 138 stores and around 10000 staff members across the country. Moreover, This project will provide understanding about Work health and safety management system for implementing it to Hobart, Tasmania store. Furthermore, It will contain information about complaint and participation arrangement for managing WHS. Also, It will provide information about proceduresfor effectively identifying the hazards and controlling risk using the hierarchy of risk control. In addition to this, This study will include about the Australian hardware WHS management system and the benefits of involving a WHS expert.
