INTRODUCTION Safety of employees is a responsibilities of every organization, they can develop some rules which can assist them in reducing the chances of accidents at workplace. Some of the workers are working in a hazardous condition which is not good for their health. TASK 1 1.1 Organisation's commitment towards WHS legislation ANZ bank is serious about the safety of their employees and other people who visit their bank. They made a commitment that they will conduct and external audit buy a certified auditor in regular interval of time so they can find the faults in their health and safety management system. They are going to work on mainly three elements, first is identification of hazards and analyse risks (Lee, Wong and Lau, 2016). This will help them in finding the core reason of behind happening of an incidents. Planning cannot assure safety at work area, cited organisation understand this so they decided to give equal importance to the implementation of programmes. The third elements is promotion of well being of employees by support according to their need. 1.2 Responsibility of personnels at workplace regarding WHS Senior managers of company are accountable for any injury or health issue faced by an employee at workplace. They are responsible for making effective polices which should also contain regulations made by government. Worker are play significant role in execution of various programmes relating safety at workplace. TASK 2 2.1 Setting up and maintenance of relevant WHS legislation WHS act 2011 clearly states that an organisation need to include employee in the matter of health as well as safety at the workplace. Before formation of a plan, management must consult with workers whether they are permanent or contractual. They have to set up a committee and than select some representatives who will be responsible for maintaining the the standard and they will check risk element in regular interval of time. They should also take care about agreed arrangement which many not be available in the law made by government. 2.2 Resolving issues raised in participation Most of the employee are concerned about natural air, they are complaining that they spend most of their time in an air condition room. They want to some chances in infrastructure so they can breath some natural oxygen. Management need to build at least one window in a every room so they can inhale natural air wherever they want. Another issue is related to cleaning, sometime cleaning staff keep the floor wet which is very risk. Customers who are entering in premises may get injured because of this. They need to give strict order to this department and those who commit mistake more than one time should be asked for valid justification. 2.3 Information regarding outcomes of consultation One of the most of the most important information that came out from the side of employees is that they do not want close office. They need proper ventilation and some natural air(Eteng andIjim-Agbor, 2016). Managementgaveordertodo somechangein their infrastructure and they are ready to improve condition of hazardous working area. They are also concerned about mistakes done by cleaning staff, in upcoming time management will buy new equipments so workers can do their task in short period of time and minimise the risk of uncertainty.

They provide training to workers so that they can get awareness about various regulation. Involvement of personnel in decision making process is essential, it is not an option for a business organisation they, it is stated in law so they have to take views of their employees.
