Entrepreneurship is the activity of enterprise for setting up a new venture by taking
major financial risks in desire of earning profits in effective manner.
The current assignment will be based on The Docks Coffee House, which falls
under category of well known cafes in the UK.
This study will explain motivation for firm, process in context of idea generation
and will also define feasibility reports conducted.

Motivation for choice of venture
Docks Coffee House operated in London where they provide special and tasty
coffee to consumers. Firm used ranges of approaches and methods to obtain their
following business objectives that are;
The Docks Coffee House objective is to provide delicious and the best food
products such as coffee and other drinks to customers.
Second objective of organization is to gain attention of local people that is
beneficial for business success.
Third objective to firm is to increase customer’s base, satisfaction level and
profitability.

Procedure went through to generate this business idea
The overall procedure of generating business ideas goes through detailed analysis of
market and learning from individual that are not visiting firm.
