Introduction:
The aim of this paper is to discuss about the business intelligence system with the
aspect of its overall application, purpose behind this invention, targeted customers, prices,
strengths as well as the weaknesses of the nominated technologies. Those nominated
technologies includes the DDI system, Microsoft Dynamics, Procedure Flow and Zoho.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): DDI System
Overview:
DDI system are one of the best ERP software which has significantly impacted the
approach of business innovation and productivity for more than 25 years. This system offers
effective operational performance as well as it enhances the business productivity (LLC
2019).
Purpose:
It provides the users the ability of integrating real time e-commerce services followed
by which the combines the financial management as well as the customers relationship
management in order to enhance the productivity of the organization and the CRM as well
(LLC 2019).

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Microsoft Dynamics
Overview:
Microsoft Dynamics is a customer relationship management and enterprise resource
planning software (Corporation 2019).
Purpose:
The primary objective to introduce this CRM software into the SME’s infrastructure
is to enhance the revenue, smart marketing, enhancement in sales, effective customer
services, automated selling process as well as to embrace the customer service process
(Corporation 2019).
Customers:
Australian Gov’t Department of health, Toyota, Michael Hill, FastTrack (Corporation
2019).
Pricing:
Apart from all the services offered by Microsoft Dynamics, the price for CRM is $115
(Corporation 2019).
