INTRODUCTION
Reflection is a very critical part of learning and reflective learning provides opportunities to
discover the problems in learning and strengths that can be used to tackle these problems
(Topping, 2018). The following report has been describing the reflection of learning from the
weekly activities performed in the learning session. With the help of various questions and
answers it will be describing the learning that I have obtained during attending the module. In the
end it will provide a personal action plan to grow in certain areas where I feel improvement can
be made.

WEEK 2 (First Teaching Week)
What happened?
During this week I met my fellow group members who will take part in this module along with
me and will coexist in all the activities of the module. I was not well adapted to the new
situation that created nervousness in me, but with lectures that help to predefine and choose the
team members help me to find my place in the group.
How did I feel about it?
This module session was really very exciting because it was helpful in exchanging ideas and
thoughts with the students from different backgrounds and this helped to enhance my decision
making and active participation in learning. This was helpful in looking for the ideas that can
be helpful for establishing an organization.
What did I learn from it?
I had learnt from this session that there are various approaches to entrepreneurship with the
help of reflective games that linked my content with activity. I understood from the session
that every idea has some good or positive points as well as negative points that must be kept in
mind while developing new ideas in developing organizations.
