INTRODUCTION
John Driscoll's model is basically a framework for reflection that was developed in the
year 1970 and is in the structure procedure to instruct reflection. The model is mainly based on
three questions that is What, So what and Now what as well. This help in describing the learning
and experience gained after performing a particular activity. The report will cover these three
questions along with the topics that is learnt in this particular module.
MAIN BODY
The John Driscoll model of reflection is consider as one of best and simplest way to show
the learning and experiences. The steps of such model is given below:
Step 1: What?
It is the first step of Driscoll model that explains the situation or incident that will be
reflecting upon. In addition to this, it also what exactly happened and what a person exactly do
in the particular situation.
From the module, I learnt about the three major skills that is time management, digital
skills and communication skills.
Time management: It is analysed by me that it is important for an individual to have
time management skills so that objectives is attained on the set time period. By conducting this
particular session, I learnt about how to manage time in accordance with the activities that help
me to achieve my targets in an effective and timely manner.
Digital skills: From this module, I have learnt about technical skills that is significant in
the present time to implement activities and to deal with the competitive environment.
Nowadays, everything is happened with the help of internet and for this knowledge of digital
skills is important for me. For me, learning the digital skills was a good experience which will
help me in my future to grab opportunities.
Communication skills: In the present time period, communication skills is important in
order to develop effective relationship and to make others clear about a particular. After
conducting this session, I am able to improve my communication and interaction skills which
