It higher ways to lead the innovation while developing the business culture because it promote the level of innovation and implementing suitable idea in business development. Undoubtedly, an indirect effects of culture is always influenced the overall performance of enterprise through innovation. It depends on the values that will encourage enterprise culture, creativity and innovation. It impact on the organisational performance and efficiency. MAIN BODY Defined and explain enterprise culture, creativity and innovation Enterprise culture comprises the norms, values, standards, practices and behaviour of enterprise. It is always influence the staff members so that they will try to interact with other staff members, external stakeholder. In another way, it refers to the behaviour, attitude and belief of employees when they were performing the various business operations. In case, business does not adopts concept of creativity and innovation then it impacts business in drastic manner as currently consumer are highly conscious about those businesses who performs innovation (Yang, Nguyen and Le, 2018).Demand of consumers have bene increased on a rapid note in context of innovations. Therefore, it has become important for business to perform innovations. A culture of innovation is highly needed and it is possible only through establishing enterprise culture. Thus, here it can be stated that in order to perform innovation, enterprise culture is highly needed. Along with this, innovation can be supported through creativity. Thus, Enterprise culture, creativity and innovation are linked to each other. All of the three attributes has been performed together and cannot be separated.

In such situation, society does not get chance in terms of developing. When society does not develop then it impacts the development of people who are living in society.
