EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The major purpose of this following research article is to demonstrate the business related
opportunities so that the current business idea can meet the needs of market trends and attract
customers. The study will attempt to analyse the skills which is required to develop an enterprise
based on a growth sustainable business proposition which includes systems and processes. With
the help of secondary research method the study has undertaken the techniques like qualitative
data that suggests the important elements such as customer trends, market structure,
opportunities related to industry and implementation of important strategies. The findings
highlight that the restaurant and cafes industry is the fastest growing industry and can provide
support to economy and increase productivity by providing good quality services.

INTRODUCTION
According to McKenzie and Sansone, (2019) In today's business environment, an
effective business plan can be very helpful for sustainable business set up. It can provide key
information and leverage for financial performance beside evaluating opportunities and risks
associated within a specific marketplace. The present study will be based on business idea that is
the cafe named as my coffee shop. This business idea was generated within the first part of this
module which is designed to fulfil the current demand and market trends.
My Coffee Shop will offer the quality coffee, beverages and food products along with the
best customer service. Coffee keeps people alert during their office hours, family time, people
love to have coffee break, thus demand for coffee, beverages and snacks is high nowadays, and
this business is adaptable to changing client tastes and their preferences. The study will evaluate
the opportunities for advancing a business idea so that it can meet a market gap which can allow
the business to grow into a growth sustainable business proposition. Furthermore, the study will
demonstrate the skills analysis and other findings.
Proposed future business
my coffee shop business plans to launch its products on the basis on a business structure
named as sole proprietorship as a part of the cafe industry situated in the UK. The cafe will target
people who loves to drink coffee and have snacks at break time and also wants to enjoy some
delicious beverages. The company will operate daily and enable customers to purchase good
quality coffee at affordable price.
