Context of the Entrepreneur:
The entrepreneurship capabilities of Steve Jobs is one of the most debated aspect of
business growth studies. This legendary leader was the most successful in pioneering the
growth of technological usage in the business and other sections of the lifestyle. He happened
to be very inspirational for many of the followers as well those who want to become
successful through their innovative management a leadership skills applied in the business.
This entrepreneur realised his passion for innovation from his school life therefore pursued
that path by getting placed in the Hewlett Packard Company as an intern. Later in his life
Steve stated his business with another Steve (Steve Wozniak) by selling blue box. This
innovative device was a life changing innovation after which the entrepreneur did not have to
look behind.
The traits that this particular entrepreneur possess are initiative, confident and social
skills. His initiative to think beyond what is already present has made Steve Jobs to be the
most successful entrepreneur of all the time and his company Apple Inc. to be one of the
largest technology giant in the world. Steve had the confidence in his decisions and actions
which he implemented when started his small start-up in the garage with his friend. He was
confident about his skills and innovating thought process that was effectively reflected in his
works. The types of devices his company make are unique and create path for the other
innovators to bring improvement (Nisha et al., 2018). The need of the markers and the
background of the customers manipulated the innovation process of Steve jobs. This
entrepreneur from the very beginning when brought blue box in the market, thought about the
welfare of the society. This device opened path for the customers to make free calls across
the country. Like all other innovation, the phones, Pcs and other devices all gave the
customers path for self-improvement. The entrepreneur had the initiative to empower his
customers in every ways and this is seen in all the products of Apple Inc.

way people used to see computers (Arocha 2017). In most of the countries the company does
not have it manufacturing braches in every part of the world but ventures in every market
through import and export of the rages of products. From the entrepreneurship journey, this

Being a successful entrepreneur Steve Jobs always utilised the opportunities market or
customer trends had given him. At some point of time, the entrepreneur did not wait for the
market trend to change of this growth but changed the course of thought in his favour. There
are some very effective tactics that the entrepreneur used in finding opportunities in the
