INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneurship is a practice that is carried out by occasional method and includes early
rewards within the process. It is important for the entrepreneurs to work with some skills and
abilities that will assist in turning ideas into actions. It deals with enhancing creativity and
innovation while having the skills to take risks. Practice and actions makes its possible to attain
success in an entrepreneurial business venture. These practices include new processes and
different ways of doing things. This report deals with the various areas involved in developing a
strategy that is aimed to lead within an entrepreneurial context followed by a personal and

Strategic analysis of challenges faced by the organisation
SWOT analysis is a tool that is used for the purpose of developing a strategic planning and
management technique. It assists In exploring the strengths of the organisation that is affected by
the threats present in its ways. It produces relevant information regarding the strategy of the
company while making strategic actions that aligns with the goals and objectives of the
company.
Strengths: Emerald group is an IT support company where it helps other organisations to
make use of new technologies while making the existing better. It helps in harnessing the goals
of the company and manage various information technology systems that includes new software
as well as IT infrastructure. The business idea behind this organisation is very innovative and
new to the market. This interesting work marks as a strength for the company. The organisation
works in a well- structured form even when being a small business company. The company is
managed by the CEO and co- founder. After then, there is a technical director that also plays an
important role in being a minor stakeholder along with a non- executive director that work with a
purpose of having a strategic perspective. Below these, there are different teams working with
their respective managers. Such organisational structure provides a lot of encouragement to its
employees and creates a positive work space. Another strength for Emerald group is its working
culture. It is kept open and allows its employees to be comfortable while working. It creates a
sense of the modern trend of being relaxed at the workspace.
