This article presents an interview with Brothers David and Simon Reuben, exploring the factors leading to entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The interview reveals that work experience, positive attitude, and individual differences play a key role in entrepreneurial performance. Thematic analysis was used to evaluate the data, and four themes emerged: entrepreneurial self-efficacy influences entrepreneurial outcomes, self-efficacy can be formed from work experience, role model, education and cultural background, work experience fosters entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and individual differences can also change entrepreneurial venture performance.
