is based on the case study of Eagle Eye Solution. Steve Rothwell is the founder of the Eagle Eye
Solution company. Company operates its business operations in information technology sector.
Henceforth, this report will emphasis over the competitiveness of company by analysing
different external and internal factors of company. A reflective analysis is also a part of this
report based on the experiences of the assessment conducted for this report.

Competition in the Industry (High): Competition in the industry is the first force involved in
this model. IT sector is among the fastest growing sector which also causes to immense
competition in the market. Eagle eye solution needs to compete with all big corporate houses
like google, Microsoft in order to sustain in the market. This force is always high for all
companies as competition will always be a huge element that create a huge hustle for the
companies in order to sustain ad grow in the market.
Potential of new entrants into the industry (High) : IT sector of UK has witnessed around 6 %
growth rate in the latest past year. IT industry across the globe is among the rapid growing
market industry. All such growth potential has always attracted to new investors,
