headquarters in UAE and specialises in providing customers with GPS based tracking and asset
management services across various industries and organisations.

As SamTech Middle East operate in the vehicle management industries and provides
unique and innovative IT solutions with the intention to improve the operations, performance,
productivity and efficiency of their clients, they face numerous complex business issues and
problems for their sustained operations. The primary business issue that plagues the operations
and productivity of SamTech Middle East is that their clients in the UAE are not aware of the
immense benefits that innovative IT solutions created by SamTech Middle East have on their
operational performance, efficiency, productivity and profitability and thus are hesitant of
adopting the innovative IT solutions, impacting the operational productivity and profitability of
SamTech Middle East as they have to expend significant resources to procure clients to adopt
their innovative IT solutions. The other major issue that SamTech Middle East faces is in regards
to the data privacy and security of the operational client’s data they have to record for their
