INTRODUCTION
Innovation is a major aspect for every organisation which enable and facilitate an option
to gain competitive advantage as well as to sustain into keen competitive world (Acs, de Groot
and Nijkamp, 2013). Thus, by brining out new and new innovation, management become able to
move forward so that leverage from market should be gain as well as better working efficiency
could be promoted. This project is based on 4Com PLC whom are going to launch out their 5G
network in UK with a single motive to made them superior from others. Thus, with this report,
scope of product at market area would get assess properly as well as suitable strategies lead to
derive to work in an effective segment. Although, management also required to understand the
importance of intellectual properly right for managing their innovation properly.

4Com PLC is one of a telecommunication service provider in the United Kingdom which
have a good market command through their activities and managing innovation with every
course of time. Management always try to be one step ahead from their competitors by
evaluating demand and necessity of market which enforce and enable them to grow and manage
their innovation as well (Bergfeld and Weber, 2011). There are vast variety of products and
services get evaluated for a business like digital handsets, call recording, on hold marketing,
computer telephony integration, voicemail, call management and call reporting, wall board
display software, online billing, broadband, maintenance, VoIP services, wholesale calls and
lines, business mobiles, phone systems, iPads for businesses, and telephone system maintenance.
It was founded in the year 1998 and from past few years, a rapid growth get determine for a
business which enable them to remain competitive in nature. All these services made positive
reflection towards business and its activities so that better and supportive working and
satisfaction could be provided.
