Traditionally among the beauty sector, mostly the service organisations are owned by female entrepreneurs where my company can bring a new initiative in the competitive market as well. The growing market has established in United Kingdom. My organisation is delivering the clients and consumer online service, pre-booking service, online tutorial, web-booking, existing offer, discount and many other service so the customer can follow activities and are able to meet better service in most convenient manner. There are various issues which an organisation feels while developing the entrepreneurial venture so as my SHADES AND SKINN. My company have been suffering the issues of financial management due to expensive equipment, management of infrastructure, employee wage administration etc. And the source of finance and funds is less which is leading to issues and problem in functioning of this enterprise in effective manner. In order to resolve this issues, I can manage and attract different investor and sponsor who would gladly invest in my plan which can lead to resolution of certain issues.Also through managing transparent and effective communication among the workplace and with consumer that enhance the credibility of company among the competitors as well as manage the work quality. In this sector of beauty and skin care, there is huge scope in market which has become the great business idea in nowadays. But when this comes to the presentation of phase critically, how one earns the decision maker support in the whole room of enterprises. Having passionforbusinessandentrepreneurialventures,thismadebe curious for creating various business plans and ideas that can lead my way toward success and achievement. In the end, I have come up with this specific entrepreneurial plan of starting a new business in the beauty and saloon named SHADES AND SKINN. As this is crucial to stay on the trend top in the business beauty weather from beard oil or contouring make-up. But this is paramount to cultivate and branding my organisation for providing proper services and products within the market. I am opening a beauty salon in the United Kingdom aiming over the best service providing saloon in whole Carnaby Street. This Unisex saloon include various offers and service such as Hair Service reconstructing, keratin treatments, Nails arts, skin care treatments, European facial, Thai massage and many other exotic offers. My company is offering clients better and value added service with cost effective products prices that make it affordable for both middle and upper-middle class of people. In other saloon in the Carnaby Street, entire other institutions are offering either better services with high cost or less cost but miserable quality. After understanding the requirement of proper enterprise or place offering whole exotic offers and services at the one place.
