INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneurship and leadership refers to those qualities of a person that relates an
individual to its sense of ability. The IT Solutions is an information technology company. The
report includes leadership styles and qualities of an entrepreneurship that helps an individual in
achieving its goals. The report also includes the SWOT and PESTLE analysis of the
organization.

Leadership styles and entrepreneurship qualities
Leadership styles: Leadership styles refers to the characteristics and behavioural quality that a
person has as a leader. A leader is a person who has the qualities of motivating, instructing and
guiding its team members (Edwards, Mayer and Wayne, 2022). Therefore, a good leader has
some of its styles in order to instruct and manage the work force. There are three main leader
ship styles, and they are as follows:
Autocratic leadership style: In my opinion this leadership style refers to the authoritarian
leadership style. Under this style the leader only has the right and power to control its
subordinates. This leader ship style is quite rigid in nature, because it will not give the flexibility
of making decisions to the other team-mates (López-Cabarcos, Vázquez-Rodríguez. and Quiñoá-
Piñeiro 2022.).
Democratic leadership style: This leadership style also known as the participative style of
leadership. Under this leader ship the leader gives the liberty to its employees in taking part of
making decisions about the team. In my opinion this the most flexible way leading in an
organization (Rickley, and Stackhouse, 2022.). This leadership style a leader involves its
employees in putting their views and opinions and also gives the liberty in take part of in the
decision-making factor of the organization.
Delegative leadership style: This is also known as the Laissez-Faire style of leader ship.
Under this leadership the leader provides the delegation of authority to its employees (Goolmeer,
Skroblin, and Wintle, 2022). This involves that a leader delegates the authority between the team
and other team-mates. In my previous company I used to be a delegate leader, because I believe
in delegating the authorities to my subordinates. This results in seeking responsibilities into the

of own business. It is the person who takes the risk to create the chance of profit making is
known as an entrepreneur. This concept of taking risk by a person is called entrepreneurship.
Therefore, an entrepreneur has some specific qualities that helps an entrepreneur in achieving its
goals and objectives effectively and efficiently. Following are my entrepreneurship qualities that
I have gained in my 10 years of working experience.
Self-discipline: An entrepreneur must have the quality of self-discipline, because I feel
that a self-discipline person can achieve its goals and objectives more effectively and efficiently.
Self-discipline is the only most important quality for success in life as well as in business.
Integrity: According to me the second most important quality for a successful entrepreneur
is to possess the integrity. The most valued and respected quality an individual can develop is a
reputation for absolute integrity. A perfectly honest in everything an individual can do in every
activity. Integrity refers to the key for a successful business, and the business is based on trust.
Ass I am a integrated person, who has the quality of always trustworthy and vision clear in its
mind.
A clear sense of direction: an entrepreneur must have the clear sense of direction, because
of the turbulence and rapid change in current market place. An entrepreneur must be focused and
have clear aim in order to achieve its goals.
Decisive and action oriented: An entrepreneur must have the quality of making quick and
right decision-making quality. They must think and make decisions quickly. A successful
entrepreneur is always decisive, and they always try far newer and innovative things than other
people do. After making of decisions an entrepreneur must have the quality to take action against
its decision.

competition in the market (Batut, and et. al, 2022). The strengths include a strong brand, loyal
customer base, a strong balance sheet and unique technology, this is known as the strengths of
the IT solutions.
Weakness: The weaknesses are those, that stops an organization from performing at its
optimum level. Weaknesses are this area of an organization that requires improvement to remain
competitive in the market (Palmeter,, Mavroidis,and Meagher, 2022). The IT Solution’s
weaknesses are lack of capital and weak brand. These are known as the weaknesses of the IT
SOLUTIONS firm.
Opportunities: This refers to those external factors that allows an organization to give a
competitive advantage. The competitive advantage is of any type, that gives an exposure to IT
Solution in order to its development and growth. These are the chances that an organization can
identify in order to expand and betterment of its business.
Threats: They refer to the factors those are having the potential to harm the organization.
The threats count as the negative key points that negatively impacts towards the growth and
expansion of the organization (Zohar,2022). In references to IT SOLUTIONS they were having
threats of advancement in technologies.
PESTLE analysis: The PESTLE analysis refers to the concept of marketing principle. This is
used in analysing the external factors that impacts on an organization. PESETLE stands for:
Political: The political laws include the taxes and policies like: taxes and laws such as
consumer acts, sales and goods acts. These acts and policies are helpful in seeking permission for
trading and makes the flow smooth of business.
Economic : This factors directly impacts on the organization, because it includes interest
rates and the inflation rates. If these are rates are favourable to IT Solutions, the organization will
impact positively by them. Because favourable economic factors help in development of IT
sector.
Social : The social factor involves the cultural norms and expectations, health safety and
population growth rates. These factors are helpful for IT SOLUTIONS to plan the expansion and
growth in a better and effective way. These factors impact positively on the organization.

Act 1948 and Payment of 1936 Act. This acts are impacting on the employment. This allows the
organization to access the materials, quotas, resources, exports and imports. These laws will
impact positively if they are also favourable for IT SOLUTIONS
Environmental: This is concerned with the effect of surrounding environment that
influences the ecological aspects. This includes the waste disposal laws, environmental
protection laws and energy consumption regulation. These impacts positively on the
development and expansion of the IT SOLUTIONS, because the environmental factor helps in
developing the brand image of the organization in the market.

From the above report it is concluded that leadership styles help in making a ream
working effective and efficient. There are three main types of leadership styles, that includes:
autocratic, democratic and delegative authority. The qualities of a entrepreneurship, which
