enterprise. Small and local business which will be discussed in this report will be Brooklands
hotel which is quit famous among local business which is located in the stunning country of
Surrey UK. In this report it will conduct an interview between the interviewer and entrepreneur
which will help to identify how he or she gets success in respected areas. In addition, it will
discuss the main characteristics that need to be evaluated in order to efficaciously implemented
business plan. It has also included the niche market by scrutinizing the industry, the client needs
and competition and also it will identify the operational and financial need. And at last it will
discuss the product and services that beats competition and it will also state that how growth and
liquidity will be sustained.

Small and local business are the most important business which helps to set the start up and
creates job opportunities and also known as the main source of innovation and creative skills. As
Brooklands Hotel is a four star deluxe property which is owned by investors clients of property
which has been operating for more than five years. It offers various type of services to the
customers such as it offer various packages, conduct exciting event, provide Spa facility, good
and tasty food. Brooklands Hotel offer unique quality services and deliver unique experiences. '

Entrepreneur : I was very clear from my starting days that I want to become an entrepreneur

Next is prime stage in which the company crossed the point of survival . The fifth stage is ageing
and early decline and sixth is illness and rapid decline in which entrepreneur business comes to

characteristics is that to work in the passionate manner as passion help to find motivation and
helps to move forward towards the goals and objectives. As these three characteristics helps to

a hotel and make changes in their services, they have to take risk. As they do not have
any idea weather new services will liked by guests or not, still they take risk for their
hotel. They also encourage their employees and staff of hotel Brooklands to take risk and

Money management skills and knowledge: Another important characteristic is that they
