Type of case and the identification of the problems
The case enumerated the different types of systems in the development process of an IT
program in Bulgaria. The issues that are enumerated in the case is due to lack of managerial
control over the agile processes in IT. The complications in the IT implementation process
might affect the proper functioning of the software implementation programs undertaken by most
of the companies in Bulgaria. The lack of proper managerial knowledge of the processes has
restricted the operations of the Bulgarian software companies.
Outside concepts that might be applied
The implementation of project management methodologies might be induced in the case
for the better understanding of the procedures that might be undertaken by the managers at the
software companies in Bulgaria. On the other hand, the case depicted the agile methodology in
the Bulgarian IT companies whereas the depiction of waterfall is excluded. Therefore, the case
might include waterfall methodology for the better understanding of the management scopes in
IT businesses. The delineation of the different methodologies will be helping the leaders of IT
firms in Bulgaria to bring forth modifications in the approaches that are undertaken by the same.
Relevant qualitative data
The qualitative data that is being enumerated as a part of the research is dependent on the
identification of the evolution of the agile technology and the manner in which it helped the IT
and engineering firms in enhancing the process designs. On the other hand, the research also
portrayed on the issues that are faced by the Bulgarian IT firms and the manner in which they
might be mitigated through the utilization of the Agile technology. The development of the
organizations is dependent on the enhanced managerial skills of the leaders while maintaining
