Kellis and Ran (2013) stated that leadership helps in maintaining the differentlevels of improvements in the organizational performance in the international markets.Therefore, the discussion on the coaching of the leaders, as per the analysis will be helping toenhance the functioning of the leaders while performing their respective activities in theorganization. The discussion is based on the identification of the trust factors that helps theleaders to depend on the functioning of the subordinates in the workforce. It helps in maintainingthe paradox of the smooth performance of the same. On the other hand, the study also focuses onthe behavior of the leaders that helps in motivating the workforce for undertaking the smoothperformance of the business. The development of the leadership practices is also being discussed as part of the report,which helps in the extensive understanding of the different key elements of the change in thesystems of the business. The theories that are being discussed in the sections have helped inmaintaining the proper understanding of the different systems that might be undertaken by theleaders to facilitate the smooth performance of the workforce. The development of the leadershipqualities among the individuals based on the situations and the potentialities of the same areidentified through the evaluation of the literature. On the other hand, the discussion enumeratescurrent literature which helps in the identification of the issues that might be faced by the leaders

The interdependence of the management and theworkforce is the core topic of discussion that is reflected through the enumeration of differenttheories in this context. Kellis and Ran (2013) stated that the understanding the needs of theworkforce and the manner in which the issues that are faced by the same can be mitigated will behelping the leaders of the organization to bring in considerable changes in the organizationalperformance. Therefore, the review of the current literature has helped in identifying the role ofthe leaders to bring in changes in the system and the performance of the workforce whileoperating in the international markets. Answer to question 3The data collection methods that are used as per the research objectives are based on theprimary research on the samples that are created by the researcher. The questionnaire that isdeveloped as the first part of the study will be helping the researcher to determine theeffectiveness of the leadership and the manner in which the coaching will be helpful for theexisting leaders in identifying the issues that are faced by the employees. The sampling of the 34participants was formulated for a week and the responses to the questionnaire were recorded forthe convenient outcome of the study. The applicability of the questionnaire helped the researcherin interviewing the different opinions of the leaders for the creation of the hypothesis and therebyundertake an unbiased research work. The identification of the different opinions of the leaders after the completion of thecoaching helped the researcher in gathering data, which reflects on the impact of the coaching onthe leadership approaches of the leaders.
