 No discrimination would be done with any student in the class on basis of religion,
disability, or sexual orientation.
 Every week a multicultural activity or program would be conducted.
 Equal contribution and participation in the classroom activities or programs is
compulsory to every student.
 No disrespect would be tolerated within the classroom by anyone to anybody.
 The students should carry out projects and tasks in groups and they need to do it
altogether.
 Group discussions will be conducted every week o some or the other topic, each student
would be their ideas in front of other students.
 Debates and essay writings on different cultures would be conducted every month.
 The student should treat each other with respect and equally.
 If anybody from the staff or students disobeys the rules the students should share it to me.
These rules are compulsory to everybody , staff as well students.

1.Enhancing school's program of initiative in promoting Equality and Diversity.
As an Equality and Diversity coordinator I will perform various roles in order to enhance
the functions of my school in promoting the equality in school environment the roles I would
perform are -
 I would aid the implementation of the school's strategies, including the assessment of the
school meeting its equality duties.
 I would assure equality is included as a standing agenda item on the school's management
committees.
 Lead or contribute to the equality and diversity programs within the school.
 I would contribute to the development and implementation of school group equality and
diversity policies and practices, and would act as a source of advice on equality and
diversity impact assessment.
 By acting as an initial point of contact for individuals to give their advice on general
equality matter within the school.

2.Professionals to work with for promoting equality and diversity in the school.
As an Equality and diversity coordinator of the School I will try to work with some
professionals or agencies to promote the equality and diversity within the school.
 Work with the Management to help in maintaining the implementation of the strategies
for the promotion of equality and diversity.
 I will organize a staff meeting to share the importance of promoting the equality and
diversity I the school the staff members will help in carrying out the plans to promote
equality.
 I will take help with an event company to organize multicultural programs in the school
to promote the importance of equality and diversity in the school.

Working with various workplaces offers opportunities to a relationship to build up the

 Lack in organizing multicultural programs due to lack of staff support as they took
the programs not much seriously. The reason is again a lack of knowledge reagrding
the need of equality and diversity.
C. Impact on the school's equality and diversity agenda.
The impact my school had after focusing on the equality and diversity agenda was
surprising. The whole environment of the school was so healthy and impressive. All the people
in the school such as staff members, students are sharing a friendly environment the students are
motivated and the staff is very cooperative and friendly towards all the students without any
discrimination or inequalities. No partiality is now seen in the school. Due to the equality and
diversity agenda the school successfully managed to bring equality to the different culture,

religion, race and sexual orientation(Sandell and Nightingale,2013). Many students who were not
getting many opportunities before are now grabbing them and try to achieve what they want. The
positive impact of equality and diversity practices on the school is also seen o the faces of the
parents and the attendance sheet, The student started loving their schools. Now they are happy to
come and learn with a smile. Every individual is respected with the differences they share. All
are treated equally and discrimination is completely avoided at present in the school.
Conclusion
From the above report we can learn the fact that Equality and Diversity are not just legal
problems or issues but they are important to competitive advantage. The organizations need to
take care of the needs of the customers and provide them with the right products and services.

and objectives in an effective manner. The Equality and diversity focuses on the job satisfaction
