In collecting primary data, I faced difficulties as I am unable to collect information from respondents because of spread on Covid-19. But, for sending questionnaires, I mad use of email which helped me in collecting data appropriately.Apart from this, this study is based on quantitative method and quantified information was gathered to reach to the outcomes. However, I can also use qualitative method to get detailed data on the topic and draw valid conclusion. Though, use of quantitative method help in ensuring accuracy of outcomes, it takes a lot of time to collect quantitative data. So, if I get an opportunity in future to perform the research, I will use qualitative method.The overall experience of performing this research is excellent and I learnt many things from it which will assist in my future career growth. So, it would be beneficial for future researchers to use qualitative research method. In addition to this, it is recommended to the researchers that they can perform further research on an another area of the topic, i.e., “Workplace Discrimination” which is linked to the equality and diversity.
