Equality and diversity is one of the most important aspect for the organisation as well as for
individual in order to maintain the motivation level of their employees for gaining potential
outcomes from them. Respective report is based on Next Plc which is an UK based
multinational clothing, footwear and home appliances in the whole world. Respective

assignment is based on the subject matter of importance of equality and diversity at the
workplace to collect essential knowledge and information a through kind of research should
be conducted by using various tools and techniques such as project management plan that
determines each and every aspect related to project such as cost, time, scope and many
more. By using various kinds of methods such as primary and secondary sources to collect
information to gain potential outcomes.

Elaborate project aim and objectives.
Project management:
Project management plan is an chain of activities which consist of the initiation,
planning, execution and controlling the activities for achieving desirable goals and
objectives in proper manner (Bendl, Hainzl and Mensi-Klarbach, 2019). in context of
respective project is to examine various factors that contributes towards collecting
necessary knowledge by using the project management tool.
Aim:
To evaluate way or methods a firm imply the equality and diversity at work place.
Objectives:
To analyse about equality and diversity.
To evaluate the various ways to implement the equality and diversity at the workplace.
To analyse or evaluate the benefits obtained after implementation of respective practice.
Questions:
What is equality and diversity?
What are the various ways to imply equality and diversity within the work place?
What are the major benefits obtained by an organisation after implementation of
respective practice?
Build a project management plan.
PMP is an through description of each and every step of the project in order to gain and execute
in proper manner (Georgiadou, Gonzalez-Perez and Olivas-Lujan, 2019). By using

project, to maintain the level of quality Next Plc conduct proper kind
of research and development to accumulate accurate information.
Change While a new project come on air then major kinds of changes occurs
within the organisation, in that context the major accountability of
Next Plc is to give proper knowledge to their employees about
significance of change.
Risk The risk is associated with every project, the major kind of risk
associated with respective project is to lack of funds, not accurate
information and issue of pilfer so on.
Resources To accomplish the desirable goals and objectives some significant
resources also required that are funds, skilled workforce, time and
management (Nachmias, Ridgway and Caven, 2019).
