This research paper aims to study gender equality in leadership and management of organizations to reduce gender discrimination. The case study focuses on Tesco PLC and explores the meaning of gender equality, its importance, challenges faced by organizations, and methods to improve gender equality. The research methodology includes probability sampling, data collection from primary and secondary sources, and thematic data analysis. The research design is exploratory, and the research approach is inductive. Ethical considerations will be followed throughout the research process.
