understanding for it. By doing so inclusive workforce can be introduced smoothly in the working
premises with less resistance from employees. This study will help the business administration to
gain competitive advantages against rivalry as well as guide management to attain their set goals
and objectives in the specified tome duration. In regards of Tesco firm carries out specialized
Human resource division that focus on improving the existing state of workers working for this
firm and holding them back over the years.

From the view point of Diane Lynn (2018) equality and diversity plays a vital role in the growth
of the company in the global market. On the other hand it is said that by recruiting employees
from varied culture it directly or indirectly makes organization stronger. Tesco is in the leading
position because of the inclusive workforce build by them over the years. In the competitive era it
is essential to build inclusive workforce so that business can survive and sustain in the market for
longer time duration. It is not easy to build equality and diversity in the working premises in
short time duration. By making chances in the recruitment process diverse culture can be build in
the working premises gradually. Deserving candidate should be hired by various region for the
vacant position. By doing so tough challenges can be created for competitors prevailing in the
open market place.

According to Louise Petty (2016) by introducing equality and diversity workforce in an
organization several benefits can be enjoyed by them over the years. Some of the benefits
