Note – Above mention skills will be rate out of 5.
Thus, from above skill audit it has been summarised that there are several skills which need
for promoting equality and diversity such as cultural sensitivity, Conflict-resolution skills,
Gilon Institute of Higher Education, London and project management skills and ability to
work as part of team (Nada and Araújo, 2019). In addition to this, I need to work on two
major skills which help me in promoting equality and diversity i.e., ability to work as part of
team as well as conflict resolution skills.
