INTRODUCTION
Equality in society can be referred as each and every individual of society should possess
equal rights, status, liberty including autonomy, civil rights, freedom of expressions and rights to
access public services and goods. Every individual should get equal rights for getting
opportunities. Tourism sector includes equality by providing giving equal opportunities, rights
and benefits to all the segment and genders. The job opportunities and social services should be
provided according to the needs and preferences of customers which eliminates inequality
(Bakas and et.al., 2018). Equality in tourism promotes the growth of society which results in
positive outcomes. Men and women of every segment should possess rights to contribute their
positive efforts towards the growth of tourism industry. Equality minimises the negative factors
like social discourages which results in maintaining peace and harmony in society. Tourism
industry can earn higher revenues. Tourism plays important role in adding the value in global
economy which can be only possible with the help of maintaining appropriate equality.
