INTRODUCTION Organisational culture can be describe as the system that is consider by business in order to perform organisational activities. This includes assumptions, shared values and beliefs that will govern organisational behaviour (Elsmore,2017). This report is based on Hilton hotel. This hotel was developed in 1919 and founder of this organisation is Conrad Nicholson Hilton. This report will include information about organisational culture along with its major elements. Apart from this link of organisational culture with organisational effectiveness is analysed. MAIN BODY Discuss organisational culture and explain its major elements at different levels of awareness. How is organisational culture linked to organisational effectiveness? Culture of organisation is very important part of business and this will lead to have significant impact on performance of employees and their capability. Organisational culture consists of shared values that will have strong influence on people of organisation as this direct performance of employees. It is very important for Hilton hotel to create strong and positive environment of business in order to enhance capability and performance of employees to conduct required task. Respective company is based in hierarchy organisational culture as this support in increase efficiency, stability and effectiveness of doing business activities in right manner. Hierarchy oriented culture of Hilton company helps manager to control task and activities of business as well as accomplishment of set objectives. Organisational culture have various elements that will have affect on different levels of awarenessin business. Itsmajorelementsincludeleadership,communication,ownership, purpose and so on. All of these elements of Hilton hotel organisation culture will assist in enhancing level of awareness in company. The purpose of creating hierarchy organisational culture is to resolve business problems and increase productivity of employees.Ownership elements lead to provide opportunity to employee for being more accountable to their task and performanceinbusiness(Laforet,2016).Effectivecommunicationwillleadtoenhance awareness about organisational required as well as leadership element will support in influencing attitude of employees for conducting organisation activities in more accurate manner.
