sector has been affected by the use of new technologically advanced
machines and robotics.
 There are machines that can do multiple works for the benefit of the
workplaces regardless of what type of service an organization
provides.
 Many organizations have been gradually replacing human employees
with machines or robots that can deliver more accurate
performances.
 The question arises whether the use of artificial intelligence for
replacing humans in the workplaces is a right step forward or not.
