INTRODUCTION
The second mover advantage referred to the benefits achieved by any corporation by
following the others companies that exists already in the market. It is simply called as mimicking
the existed products (Rapport, 2017). On the other hand the first movers are treated as the
initiators. They have the potential to develop the products first by doing the innovative practices.
The present report is based on the second-mover advantages. The report is explaining how the
Rebellion Developments effectively compete with the large firms by using the advantages of
second-movers.

The Rebellion Developments is a small firm that is locates in the Oxford city. It was
established in the 30th of June ,2011 by only 124 employees (Levinsky, 2012). The company has
the annual income of 9.12 Euro per annum. The corporation is offering computer games and
magazines. It uses to second-mover advantages and potentially compete with the other large
firms offering the same products in the marketplace. Some of the benefits that are achieved by
the enterprise are listed below:
 Customer Development: The Rebellion Developments group can easily understand the
demand of the consumers by examining the existed products in the market. There is no
need of developing the product first as it faces many risks of whether the product is
praised by the users or the customers are not satisfied. Hence, the second-mover can
easily earn profits only my improving the existed goods or software of games (Locke,
2014). They have to add some attractive features in the games that are liked by the
teenagers as well as kids . For this purpose, the company have to perform the following
tasks:
1. Meeting arrangements: In order to do the improvement in the existed artefacts, the
seniors of the company should talk to each other. So it is the task of the HR of the
corporation to arrange meeting dates of the high posted employees and the CEO
(Obeyesekere, 2014). In this meetings the aims and objectives of the enterprise is
discussed so that the employees start their work in this way.
2. Survey conduction: After deciding the goals of the corporation, a survey ought to be
