Safety and health are the essential factors to be considered by the health institutions. Theessay covers the structure, process and outcome data to ensure the quality and safety inhealthcare institution (Badland and et.al., 2014). Taking care of both staff and patients, properfacilities and amenities to avoid infections and generation of germs and bacteria are the firstpriority of these institutions. Identification of purpose of health institutions in perspective of bothorganisation and nursing sectors across the organisation. The use of process and outcome data inrelation with the quality of health care, safety and nursing. Clinical care activities which ensurethe quality of healthcare and safety in the health institutions. The aim and core business of health institutions which covers the perspective of bothnursing sector and organisation is to provide quality healthcare facilities. Healthcare institutionsinfrastructure, staff, medical and safety equipments and financial structure plays an importantrole in ensuring the quality of health and safety (Wiesel and Bigby, 2015). The three phenomenawhich represent the healthcare in organisation are structure, process and outcome. The structureincludes the environment internal and external and resources. Internal environment includes theorganisation structure, workforce and work environment and external environment includes thepolitical, social, legal, technological and economy environment. Resources like physical, IT, andhuman resources which provides the effective quality and safety of health. The infrastructure isto be developed and contains all the safety equipments which are prescribed the legislation. The healthcare institutions in Australia are developed and consist of high technologywhich provides the good quality health and safety to the staff, people, society and theorganisation (Najjar and et.al., 2014). Health institutions core business is to provide efficienthealthcare facilities, appropriate equipments for treatments and quality staff for safety andwelfare of the patients. Infrastructure must be fully protected and have all the amenities whichare required for prevention of spreading of infections. To provide quality healthcare and safety,the staff must be well educated and trained. A systematic method to provide nursing care must beframed and implement in health institutions. The healthcare professionals provide patient centredcare to identify and treat the problem patient is suffering from. They must work in team haveproper coordination and collaboration. Awareness must be created in patients and staff educate them the advantages anddisadvantages of the medication which ensure the quality of health and safety of the organisation(Smits, Supachutikul and Mate, 2014). It is the right of every Australian to have safe and highquality health care and staff of health institutions are working progressively to cope up with that.The aim of the health institution is to install and maintain the appropriate equipments which canlead to improvement of quality of health and safety in the organisation. Medical equipments arevery important in health institution and plays a vital part to prevent infection to spread. It is therole of nursing staff to have proper knowledge and training using the equipments (Lokuge andet.al., 2017). Nursing sector in health institutions in Australia are qualified enough which ensurethe quality of health and safety in the organisation. The financial structure is also important, thehealth institutions in Australia aim to provide efficient and quality healthcare with respect tomaintain its financial position. The revenue generated in health institution is invested in theequipments and machines which eliminate the hazardous and dangerous situations which canembark in the institutions. To provide the quality health care and safety the health institution consist of properinfrastructure which have all the amenities to maintain the quality of health and safety in theorganisation. The nursing staff have proper knowledge and education to use the equipments inappropriate way (Chen and et.al., 2014). The health care consist of speciality provider,community resources, care coordinator, family caregiver and primary care provider. These areessential elements of healthcare which is provided to patient to ensure the quality of his healthand safety. It is very important to patients as to reduce the suffering and maximise the immunity.It is essential for the healthcare providers to provide patient centred care (Mullins, Dear andTang, 2015). If the patient is provided with quality health care than it will automatically increasethe goodwill and reputation of organisation and nursing sector working in it. The ways toimprove the quality and safety in the health institutions is aligned organisational process withoutside pressure and agenda of quality should be high. After assessment report is made andsubmitted to top authority and chairman who determines the strength and weakness of the qualityservices and improve in the area where the institution is lacking in providing quality health andsafety (Kim, Trimi and Chung, 2014).The process data is the information which contains the data of processes used to provideand receiving care.
