Digital graduate program is the program for the graduate students to make their career in
digital and technical field. It is for the Australian citizens those who have completed their
university education in technical or digital field. The main factor that motivated me to join this
course is that this graduate program gives opportunity to the learners to excel their career in
digital field. There are many government agencies which hire the candidates those who are
technical or digital experts. In these agencies people are supposed to perform technical role.
This is the field where career opportunity is too high, by completing this course I can get
opportunity to work in several departments such as cyber security, big data, web development,
programming, digital media, infrastructure support. System testing etc. Thus, this is the main
factor that have motivated me to join this course. I have an interest in digital technologies and I
wanted to go in this field My interest has motivated me to take admission in this educational
program.
Digital graduate program is the course that gives opportunity to the candidate to work in
most recognized places. Every year many government agencies participate in this c program and
they recruit the best candidates those who can work for them for the betterment of Australia.
Several departments that hire candidates are Australian federal police, Australian Transaction
report and analyses centre, Bureau of Meteorology, defence department, department of home
affairs etc. All these are government departments that gives name and fame to the applicant. By
completing this course I can get full-time permanent employment. Furthermore, I can get
attractive pay in these renowned institutions. Furthermore, my father is working in Australian
Transaction report and analyses centre and I am seeing his growth and working styles since my
childhood. I got motivation from my parents to get enrolled in this digital graduate programs and
get a prestigious job.
Digital graduate program can be helpful for me in raising my skills and digital
capabilities to great extent. By this way I would be able to bring changes in these agencies. I
want to create such environment by developing digital technology where government can be able
to bring staff members and make them able to work on real issues. I will contribute in developing
user-centred design, rapid prototyping mechanism so that issues can be resolved soon. After
completing this course I could be able to improve digital and cyber security of the Australia. I
have capabilities to integrate properly with digital technologies and it is my interest areas as well

thus, I would be able to bring drastic changes in Australian government where police department
will be able to caught criminals soon by addressing their figure prints and identify. As crime rate
is increasing in the nation, by completing this course I would be able to contribute well in
developing digital securities so that no criminal can enter into the country easily and if they enter
then can be caught by the concern department quickly.
QUESTION 2
I have completed my schooling last year. I have got 85% in my schooling level
education. This is my great achievement. I have gone first price at state level in boxing that is my
great achievement. I have huge interest in sport while completing my school level education I
have participated in boxing. I have managed my sport with my studies well. I had to go many
times for the sport games thus, I was unable to attain my school classes on regular bases. In such
condition it was very difficult for me to manage my studies properly. But my dedication and
focus have supported me in gaining 85% in school level and gaining first price that state level in
boxing.
My father is in Australian Transaction report and analyses centre and he always
encourages me to concentrate on my studies but never ignore my hobbies as well. Thus, they
have enrolled me in coaching centre where I got extra time to study my material. In the tuitions
my teachers give my assignment and they gave me practical knowledge which have helped me in
my studies. I did not have to recall my subjects again and again. Furthermore, in order to manage
my game, my parents have sent me to the boxing club where I got in-depth training on boxing.
My coach was also motivating me. That has supported me in gaining this achievement.
Whenever I go to any sport game outside my city then I carry my books with me and in night I
revise my subjects. I utilized my time effectively and support of may family and teachers have
helped me in gaining this achievement.
One of the major challenge for me is time. I was having limited time and in such limited
period of time I had to manage my studies and game both as well. Some times due to limited
time and my exams I had to come early from my practice session to home so that I can manage
my studies and can prepare for the exam. Furthermore, many times due to my sport I had to go
outside of the city at that time I feel unable to go to classes which impacts on my studies to great
extent. This was the major issue that I have faced. Furthermore, another challenge that has been
faced by me is scheduling activities. If I fail to schedule my day properly then I could not be able

to attain bot school and training classes. Pressure of studies was the major issue that sometimes
impact on my games. My parents were very supportive but when my exams held then they force
me to pay more concentration to my studies only. This pressure some times create issue for me
and I feel mental tired.
QUESTION 3
Technical information is the scientific information that is related with particular field. It
may be engineering, research and development etc. When individual has to discuss technical
details with non-technical person then they have to ensure that they use correct words that can
support them in making them understand effectively. When I enrolled in digital graduate
program then my friend who was studying English literature in graduation has asked me about
digital identification and how to make digital identity. Then it was difficult for me to make him
understand because whenever I use any technical word then he was unable to understand the
meaning of sentence. In such condition I have realised that I have to adopt new way to make him
understand about digital identification. I have given him example of a police that when police
caught any criminal then they make a digital identity of the person. For making digital identity
then enter finger print and other KYC documents into their computer so that if the same criminal
commit any crime in the future then police can caught the person with their details. This helps in
minimizing crime. With the practical example I become able to make him understand about the
technical field. Furthermore, at that time I have used very simple words with their English
meaning now this was easy for my friends to know about non technical area.
In order to communicate well with non technical persons about technical things
individual has to take care that person uses such words that can be easily understand by others. If
technical words are being used then it may create complication for the person in making them
understand. Because in each technical word other person will ask the question. Clear
communication means message can be circulated in accurate manner and it can be translated by
other in write manner. I have good verbal and written communication skill that help me in
making coordination with others significantly. Initially I was using technical words in order to
make my friend understand about digital identity but when I realised that he is unable understand
then I started using examples of real life. By this way I got to know about these technical areas
and at the end I understood the digital identity and how it works. I have given practical example

where I have presented my self through power point presentation. Use of graphics and correct
pictures have supported me in clear communication.
In this situation I was assuming initially that some words are known to my friends thus, I
was using it frequently. But when I realised that non technical person can not understand the
technical words then I started using small sentences with simple words so that he can easily get
to know about it. I have not given in-depth detail how it works, what application and code are
used to prepare digital identity. I have just given brief and to the point detail so that the question
that has been asked by him can be answered in effective manner. If I would try to show my
expertise then I would become fail to answer his question and make him aware with digital
identity. Thus, I decided to chose simple words and make it more precise so that my friends can
improve his clear knowledge.
QUESTION 4
When I was in school then there were some poor people in my class. They were unable to
pay fees on time. Somehow their parents pay fees to the school but when it comes to cultural
programs and sport activities. Then these people were unable to pay extra charges for
participating in these tasks. At time school authorities do not give them chance to take
participation in these extra activities. At that time I felt so bad because some of my friends do not
come with me. Most of the poor people were having skills to perform well but due to monitory
issues they fail to show their talent. One of my friends who was poor was the very good cricketer
but when sport activities occur then the did not participate in games. He was able to win first
price in games. At that time I have informed to my parents that there are many people those who
have necessary skill but they are not participating in these activities. If management can do for
these people then they will contribute well in enhancing name of the school. My father
suggested me to discuss this issue with teachers then I communicated this problem in classroom.
My class teacher have said that I have observed the good thing and she will put this point in front
of management.
At the time of annual function my higher authorities of school have called me and have
told to describe my views for the improvement in the institution. At that time I felt that this is the
correct platform where I can communicate my message to all and can bring changes in the
school. Then I have started my point with greeting to all my teachers and respected guests. I have
said that my school is the best school in city because teachers pay extra attention on students and

always bring positive energy within us so that we like to study and get good marks. I felt that
there are some lacking areas on which educational institute need to focus. One of the major issue
that I have observed that talented students are unable to participate in extra activities many time
because of financial problems. I have suggested that if it is possible for higher authorities that to
make a fund for these people so that they can actively participate in games and extra activities.
Then they can be able to increase school name and get more medals for our school. Making
budget for supporting these learners can encourage them as well and they will feel happy in
school. When we see that other students are making fun but individual is unable to do this then
they feel demotivated which impacts on their studies as well. Thus, if it is possible for the
management to pay attention on my suggestion then we all students will be happy.
