professionals. In last century, as there can be major development in medical world which may

prevention and control of chronic diseases. In this following report, it has been evaluated that

regulations, laws as well as ethical standards. These are designed and modified in order to
provide a better structure to an organisation. The organisation termed to be follow these

a quality of care, assistance an prevention of chronic diseases of an individual. In addition to this
they also help to establish responsibilities of health care practitioners. As many author and
journals do conflicted in regard with legal and ethical issues and state that they are ten to be
similar with each other.
The roles as well as activities which are followed by any individual are significant as
every action of person should justified and prescribed by the higher societies. There are some
factors on which the role of health workers depends on which are training, education, attained
experience and their experience in work etc. but it is compulsory to follow by n individual
ethical and to be in under of legal issues as well. The role of individual is challenging which is
discussed above. The balance of professionalism and the humanity is remarked by each every
individual. As the role of them plays an significant role in the patients life too. The attention and
care provided by them in order to promote their bond within them. It depends whether it is
emotional or intellectual. The upbringing of any individual can convey a major difference in the
laws and particular issues which have been facing by an individual. But in reality, there can be
