CASE STUDY 2
Prime Ethical and Governing Issues
People of Wala in Vanuatu are governed by some ethical conducts. Pacific visit of
regular cruise ship defines some route where thousands of dollars were directed. Some prime
ethical standards of showing hospitality involve the following. Peter Gorge had to take
professional duty maintaining welfare, health, and safety of Wala people. Hospitality requires
some competence actions that help in generating important services to the local people. Public
statements on the conducting activities in the Pacific oceans are governed by truthful manner and
objectives (Gillers et al., 2016). Wala people avoid some deceptive acts that could lead overruled
judgments in upholding provisions of authority. Importantly, the hospitality standards provide
that visitors should be treated with charismatic behaviors.
Professional ethical actions in the Vanuatu video involve enhancing usefulness, honor,
and reputation to accommodate visitors (Green, 2017). Peter Gorge is an honorable person in the
video and takes responsibility for fulfilling common duties based on law and ethical provisions.
Gorge is allegedly falling to consider poor people in the community. Ethical conducts define a
leader as a competence person who is able to coordinate assumed projects. Many visitors in
Pacific Oceans are attended by professional and qualified educated staffs to help share certain
technical experiences in the fields. Peter's actions as leader lack competence and strategic plan in
directing people of Wala in the right paths. Many sea visitors are faithful to the governing
cultures to avoid conflicts with local people (Hannah, 2017). Gorge needed to consults and listen
to advisors, employees and community members. Principal actions of fighting back corruptions
show that people of Wala were desperate in developing the economy.

Did PO Cruises Act Ethically in this Case?
Ethical implications of the leaders in Vanuatu indicate some bad influence to the people
of Wala. Jessica Gorge claimed to have some thoughtful procedures of challenging ethical issues
in the community. In most cases, Gorge was encouraging local people to have better conducts
especially to the deep analysis of shipping activities. PO was challenged by ethical concerns in
the effort of adhering to ethics in the government (Harriss, MacSween, and Atkinson, 2017). PO
was ethically wrong since he did not support Wala people to fight corruption back. Public
interests demanded that academic fields in the Pacific oceans follow basis of debates, issues, and
concepts surrounding government.
PO was seen unethical because he conducted cruise shipping activities not in accordance
with the government establishment. Personal actions of a leader are coded professionally when
there is competence in providing service to local people (Johnson, 2017). Wala people are
governed by ethical standards that help one to know wrong and right. PO represents interests of
the local people in the government. As such, there was a need to fight back corruption since local
people continued to live in poverty. Ethical questions are raised by many groups of people in
Vanuatu since leaders are unable to manage natural resources accordingly. Many clients in the
Pacific oceans design some important participation of enlightening Wala people on their rights.
The way public servants are treated by PO is not ethical right (Ramesh, 2017). As such, the
governing body should be corrected with an emphasis on following ethical standards of the
community.
