This is because as an individualstudent, I will be having right not to get deceived intentionally (Arnold & Boggs, 2015). Ethicsare based on recognizing certain rights of a human. I will be having the rights of not being forcedinto going against my conscience (Jones et al., 2014). Every individual will have the right aboutexpecting the opposite person to live up to the level of their commitments and eventually behaveas per the law and the guidelines for the eligibility of the scholarship. So in the workplace as anemployee I would be expecting the management to behave in an ethical way according to thepolicy of the organization (Llorens, Berbegal-Mirabent & Llinàs-Audet, 2017). From the ACS document for the current scenario of ethical dilemma that is considered tobe the reasons for my actions are professional development and professionalism. It is alwaysbetter to be yourself informed will all the new practices, standards and the technologies that arerelevant to the work environment. Then such kind of unethical behavior and the situations can behandled without any worries (Ritzhaupt et al., 2013). Definitely, when a fault is pointed out theywould be expecting me to provide with the special skills and also the advice and for doing so it isgood to be updated with the knowledge. Also, encouragement should be provided to staff andeven colleagues so that they also do the same (Roztocki & Weistroffer, 2015). We need to takeaction in such a way so that it makes sure you’re hard-won knowledge and the experience. It willalso give the opportunity for the individuals in improving their own effectiveness in their currentwork along with becoming keen in taking up the additional responsibilities of not allowing suchkind of faults to occur again (Tong, Tak & Wong, 2015). As a result, in such circumstances of effectively managing the situation and before takingit to the supervisor it is advised to collect the facts and resolve the issue with all the clear detailsof the current situation (Wallis, 2015). The need for ethical deliberation has to be understood sothat it improves the confidence in the ICT industry (Button, Harrington & Belan, 2014). It clearly
