We were introduced with the various topics and I understand how to relate the topics with my present and future professional life. Emerging technologies were always one of the favourite topics for me and relating it with my future professional life was exciting and satisfactory for me. Week 2 After understanding the facts linked with the topic selection and determining the best course of the topics those could be selected for the submission of the assessments. Attempts have been driven for minimizing the ethical impacts of the posts and application of social media. LinkedIn has been a vital platform for the companies for sharing the information related to the companies however, the statements provided by the company or the way in which information is being provided might be misleading or unethical with respect of the policies or customer perspective. Sponsor or Supervisor recommendation Before and after creating a social media page on any of the platform, the organization must consider consultancy with a lawyer in manner to allow the organization to be free from certain legal and ethical issues that can hamper the reputation of the organization. It is necessary for the organization to create a group of individuals to look after all the social media accounts as the organization is the only one who will be responsible for the posts being updated on those pages. Research Questions What is the severity of ethical issues for the organization to be on social media platforms? What are the considerable ethical issues those could be vital for the organization? What are the effective measures to mitigate the ethical issues? Conceptual or Theoretical Framework The research questions have been developed and thus, further research will be proceeding accordingly. The identified research questions provided a framework on which

Analysis of data Suddaby, Saxton and Gunz (2015) stated that lawyers are the ones who are most concerning about making their personal or professional profiles on the social media as they are well aware of the government rules and policies than the common people. However, despite of the ethical issues, there are many possible benefits those could be gained through establishing proper and informative social media pages. According to Golder et al. (2017), social media is the largest platform where the organizations can interact with very big crowd of the customers and expand their area of business and target customers. Regular update and exchange of information allow the individuals to post and comment whatever, they want to make on the social media pages and so, probability of misleading information increases. Different writers proposed different measures those could be taken for eliminating the ethical obligations from the organization while interacting with the individuals on the social media. Stohl et al. (2017) claimed misleading statements and falsifying the readers must be avoided and wrong information should not be introduced to any of the reader.
