INTRODUCTION
Business ethics refers to the study of positive business practises and policies with
regard to not conduct any unlawful or negate practise such as bribery,
discrimination, insider trading and many more. . The concept of ethics is one of the
most valuable concept of the business which deals with the usage of those practises
in the organisation which becomes positive for all the stakeholders of the
organisation. Business ethics enables the organisation to established effective and
positive image of the their company in the market which helps to grab the loyalty of
the customers. It is important for the management of the organisation to deal with
the number of factors which helps to established ethics in the organisation. This
report is based on the analyses of ethical approach of the Natracare.
Identification of ethical Company
Ethical Philosophy of Natracare
The management of Natracare is one of the top most ethical organization of United Kingdom. The social contract philosophy is followed by the
business which states that business exists with the permission in society as long as the business benefits the society. On the basis of this philosophy
the company performs all their practices and duties in such a manner to satisfy the needs of all the stakeholders ethically and also benefit the
society. The behavior of the company are also positive towards different social problems which makes the organization more competitive in the
market. The behavior and the culture of the company are depend upon the philosophy which the management of the organization used in their
business. The ethical policy of the organization are given below.
The management of Natracare commits in their policy that they run their business in such a manner to promote the health and
the environment. The management of the organization only used those practices of their business which helps to established ethical image of the
company in the market. The management of the company also focuses on the usage of those technique in the organization which promotes effective
allocation of resources and also used all the resources in sustainable way. The management of the company has developed number of principles in
the organization which helps to established effective control and promotes ethics. The brief discussion related to these principles are given below:
The management of company take the responsibility of the biodiversity of the species pollution control, landscapes and the environmental
values of the organization. The management of the company fully followed the organic and vegan policies in the organization.
The management of the company take the responsibility of the forest and agriculture which is connected with the organization so that all these
aspects of the organization can be satisfied in effective and valuable manner.
The sources of the raw material and the manufacturing products are effective and authentic which helps to make the products more healthy for
the organization.
To follow the human rights protocol in the organization in effective manner so that all the employees of the organization can achieve their
rights.
The principles and policies developed by the organization provides effective direction to the company but the implementation of these principles are
also important for effective approach of the company. There are number of points or the guidelines are developed by the management of Natracare
which helps the organization to established effective rules in the organization and the brief discussion related to the same are given below:
It is essential for all the raw for the organization that it must be GMO free be organic and should be organic which promotes the ethical
philosophy of the company.
The processors which is used by the management of Natracare for the production of product are belong to the effective health standards.
The packaging material which is used by the management of Natracare are free from the petroleum plastic which is not good for the health of
their customers. All the materials used by the company meet the requirements of standards.
Ethical Challenges faced by Natracare
It is right to say that Natracare is one of those organisation which follows number
of guidelines and rules to established ethics in their business and they becomes
successful as it is regarded as one of the most ethical organisation of United
Kingdom. There are also some issues are present which is faced by the organisation
while establishing ethics in their management and the brief discussion related to the
same are given below:
The management of the Natracare focuses on the sources of the raw material
to be from the good standards but there are some points are present which is
not possible for company to trace.
There are some products are present in the organisation under which the
company has to use chemicals because of essentiality. The management of
company uses these chemicals in small level so that the health of the
customers may not be effected.
The cutting down of forest is one of the most biggest problem of the
organisation which is not possible for the management because of limited
resources and the funds.
Role of stakeholders in maintaining ethical standards of Natracare
Conclusion
Management :- Management of the company is one of
the most important stakeholder of the organisation
which manages all the operations of the organisation.
The role of management are very important for meeting
the standards in the organisation as all the strategies and
policies are developed by the management of Natracare.
Employees :- Employees of the organisation are the
internal stakeholders of the organisation which helps to
meet the requirements of the standards from inside the
organisation. The role of the employees is to follow the
rules and the guidelines which the management of the
organisation has developed for the establishment of
ethics in the organisation. It is essential for the
employees to involve the number of ethics which helps
to established effective returns in the organisation.
Shareholder :- The shareholders refers to those
stakeholders of the organisation which provides capital
to the organisation. All the decision relating to the
philosophy, approach and policies are taken by these
stakeholders. It is important for all the stakeholders of
the organisation to have positive approach towards the
ethical practises in the organisation.
Government :- Government is the external stakeholder
of the organisation which are having high influence in
organisation. The standards which is followed by the
organisations are developed by these governmental
bodies. The main role of the government is the
development of these standards and to verify the
implementation of these standards. It is important for
the management of Natracare to follow the standards in
effective manner so that it can be protected from the
number of penalties and law suits.
Customers :- Customers of the organisation is the most
valuable stakeholder of the company which purchases
product and services. The role of customer to meet the
ethical guidelines are very important as if the customers
prefers to deal with ethical organisation then it attracts
number of other companies towards the concept.

This report concludes description related to justification of ethical
philosophy of the company. It concludes description related to the
number of ethical challenges which the organisation faced while
conducting their business and also the relief measure of these
challenges. It concludes description related to the five stakeholders of
the organisation and their role in ethics of the organisation.
Natracare is the organisation which is chosen here to demonstrate this report as it is one of the top 10 organisation of United Kingdom. It is
one of those organisation of United Kingdom which provides number of sanitary products to their customers. There are large number of
companies are present which provides those sanitary products under which different types of perfumes and chlorine are used which is not
good for the skin and the health of the customers. The management of Natracare only used breathable and natural materials for the
development of their products.
One of the important reason for the selection of the organisation as ethical is the efforts of the management to reduce
their plastic footprints from the world. The problem of plastic waste is one of the most biggest problem which is faced by the planet. The
management of Natracare used effective philosophy in their business which enables the company to deal with these problems.
The management of the company only uses organic and natural materials for the production of their products which
are biodegradable in nature. The products of the company are easily be biodegradable which means the waste of these products are not
harmful for the nature as they also promote the health of the customers. It is important for the organisation to use only those technique in
their business which helps the companies to operate their business which promotes the safety and security of the customers.
