Gender diversity is observing to be an issue that is addressed by every global organization to deal
with the issue of legal and social reforms regarding offering equal job opportunities and education to
women. Despite the fact that there is an upward movement in women attaining career success,
research needs to be carried out in recognising the impact of offering equal career opportunities for
both genders. For this reason, carrying out research on such issue is important as this can facilitate in
increase awareness for global organizations to attain an understanding of benefits of following norms
of gender diversity in organizational culture (Davis, Frolova and Callahan 2016). Moreover, it has
also been observed that lack of gender diversity is leading to increased employee turnover among
female workforce due to ow job satisfaction. Considering such issue, the rationale of this current
research will be to analyse the ways in which job satisfaction is affected among employees in
absence of organizational benefits based on gender differences such as equal pay, work quality,
status, authority and responsibility. The research on gender diversity and job satisfaction will
generate awareness regarding the ways in which recruiting talents from both genders can have

positive impacts on organization from financial and psychological perspective (Choy 2014). Through
analysing the important implications of this research, government of nations can consider focussing
on regulating equal opportunity for male and female workers in all business organizations. Based on
the research outcomes, companies can make suitable measures so that gender discrimination is
avoided from the workplace in attaining maximum job satisfaction.

organizational goal. The target respondents will be 30 top, middle and lower level management
employees of selected global organizations and they will be asked questions on job satisfaction,
