Answer 1
Three rights that an employee is entitled to in an organization are freedom from
exploitation, right to proper compensation in monetary terms, right to leave or work day off.
These are the most basic rights which an employee is entitled to and other rights are but an
extension of these rights (Ferrell & Fraedrich, 2015).
Three responsibilities that an employee is supposed to fulfill include that of being
efficient in the task assigned, maintaining cordial relation with the members of the organization
at all levels of hierarchy, and communicate the issues for the smooth processing of the work
(Ferrell & Fraedrich, 2015).
Answer 2
Evaluation of two ethical responsibilities from within the context on part of the employer
should be of catering to the personal issues of the employee like providing them leave on account
of sickness or due to some personal loss, and secondly of providing due acknowledgement and
compensation for the outstanding achievements of the employee. These are necessary for making
the employees feel that they are being cared for and that their interests are as important as the
interests of the organization (Ferrell & Fraedrich, 2015).

Usually, organizations provide casual leaves apart from the week offs on a monthly or
yearly basis, which are fixed. The situation of ethical dilemma occurs when an employee falls
seriously ill or meets with an accident, or recuperates emotionally due to some personal loss. In
that occasion, the employee shall be unable to work. Rule says that the organization should
