Innovation skills are usually a combination of individuals ability to think creatively,
decision making and problems solving stabilities, as well as the functional and technical abilities
while innovative knowledge is gained by the person with an experience (Bedir., 2019). It takes
times to develop because person have to spend long times to understand their job and create new
idea.
This report will writes easy on innovation knowledge and innovative skills. It will explain
the relationship and influence of innovative skills and knowledge have on the business practices.
This report will also include reflation easy and discuss about own innovative skills and
knowledge.

Relationship and influence of innovation knowledge and skills have on the business practices
Innovative skills refers to the talent in a person of exploring and creating new ideas for
the purpose of gaining social or the economic value. Innovation skills are usually a collection of
one's ability to think creatively to provide benefits to the other and make the things easy and
some more skills like, problem-solving ability, as well as functional or technical abilities. While
innovative knowledge means having experience of working in any of the field that create
knowledge in a person. Innovative knowledge can help organization to take competitive
advantage's ad company can use their knowledge to develop their product to satisfy their
customers needs and their demand.
Relationship and influence of the innovative knowledge has huge impact on the business.
If we are have innovative ideas of doing work within the organization then we can make our task
easy and more effective for the company (BEKTAŞ, SELLÜM and POLAT., 2019). It will be
direct benefit to the organization, and they will able to achieve their business goals and
objectives. In of the practices within the business need innovation knowledge and skills, so we
can take higher position within the company. It is not only beneficial for us but also helps us in
getting benefits from the company as well like- promotions, salary increments and good image
within the superiors of the company. If we are having a proper knowledge of the work, and we
can can do any work in the innovative way then it makes easy for the team to achieve target and
goals. To gain trust of the top management and company superiors innovative skills and

knowledge can be usefully, and we can also help leaders and managers in the decision-making
process. During the decision-making we can give them suggestion to the companies leaders and
managers about the task to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the task. If we are
working in the production department of the company then we can provide new ideas for the
product development and changes they can do it in the product. Like new packaging and new
product according to the needs and demand of the customers. This will helps company to attract
customers and company can also gain the loyalty of their customers.
Own innovative practices and development practices
I am also having some innovative knowledge and skills that I have created by working in
a company. We used to get group task within the company and before working in company I
have worked in some multinational companies that helps me to develop knowledge and
innovates ideas. I used to helps other employees within the group to provide innovates ways to
work, and they send to take knowledge about the work. It makes my team more effective as
compare to the other and most of the times we were the only who used to do work on items, and
we used to get extra incentives from the company leaders for the task competitive. Some of the
skills like critical thinking skills helps me to complicated task in a easy way. I was having
addition perseveration skill (Meissner and Shmatko., 2019). During the companies project
submission I make proper presentation for the product and development including the new ideas
about the product, development of the product, growth of the company and all the other things
that can increase the profitability and growth of the business. Leaders and managers were get
impressed from my all the ideas I give them within the presentation, and they approved the
presentation, and they use in their business, it helps company allot and company was able to
boost their production and growth. This help me to get promotion within the company in
sometimes and. They make a company's supervisor. It was an big achievement for me. Another
innovative skills that makes me to contribute toward the business is time management skills. I
have developed this innovative skills by working under the leaders of the company. leaders of
the company was particular of the time, and he always used to come on the time. This makes me
motivate and I also started following times sedulous that I make for myself. This helps me to do
my work on times and I used to come to workplace on times and also motivate other to do their
work on times. Innovative skills refers to the talent in a person of exploring and creating new
ideas for the purpose of gaining social or the economic value. Innovation skills are usually a
