However, in this report, there aretwo part which is classified as reflective statement and case study on Board of Boeing.Moreover, under this study it encompasses various models or theories related to leadership styleand provide relevant suggestion to improve the firm overall performance is also mentioned here.MAIN BODY PART -1 Importance of leadership theories and organisational behaviour in leaders. According to me, every superior or manager must be aware about every concepts oforganisation because it help them to accomplish their goal in a better manner within desired timelimit without any hindrances. Moreover, a working knowledge of leadership theories assist firmto hire right candidate and put together the best possible team, as well as enable them to get thejob done with a minimum of disputes and delays (Crane and et. al., 2019). Along with this, itenable them to identify personnel ability or skill and according to that they delegate the workwhich improve overall performance of firm as well as enhance individual morale. Hence, thereare various types of theories or concepts such as trait, contingency, situational, transformationaltheories and many more. which enable them to manage each business complex issue in a veryethical way and bring increased level of satisfaction among employees as well as enrich firmBoeing brand image among competitive marketplace. Thus, Boeing leader must understand theoutcome of each aspects and implement best theories in handling major business issues andimprove the overall performance in an efficient manner. Furthermore, the nature oforganisational behaviour is to identify each personnel potentiality and foster behavioursconducive to the survival or effectiveness of an establishment. In terms of Boeing, its OB natureis to render job satisfaction, finding right people, maintaining working culture, conflict resolutionand so on that lead them to obtain profit maximisation with an optimal utilisation of resources.

However, in this statement I signifies that in order to accomplish predetermined objective in an appropriate time there should be a equal contribution of personnel,leaders and stakeholders. Hence, in terms of Boeing employer, they should take an initiative toexamine workforce potentiality and based on that they delegate the position which encourageevery employee to put their best effort towards an organisational goal as well as it empowersteam spirit among themselves (Rosemann and vom Brocke, 2015). At the same, if manpowerfeel highly motivated and satisfied with working environment then they makes an attempt tocome up with novel ideas and encourage them to participate in every business process thatdirectly reflects in enhancement of firm proficiency or productivity in an impressive way. On theother hand, stakeholders are also regarded as major player for an achievement of companyobjective as they invest in company whose actions determine the outcome or final result of firmdecisions. Some of Boeing's shareholders are employees, customers, government, creditorswhich enlarge firm productivity or profit margin in a better manner. The foremost aim of Boeingleadership is to determine or examine suitable formulation of strategies or tactics whichempower firm to plan and execute them in proper way within prescribed time period. Role of leadership strategies within company Under this aspect, I believes that the transition from the operational to strategic level is animportant process that every leader needs to overcome. It involves many challenges which everyleaders face in accomplishing business objective in an effectual style. Due to the rapid changes inthe business environment and growing competition, changing attitudes of employees from onegeneration to other.
