INTRODUCTION
Learning is a formal practice, which has become necessary to make personality or any
credential of the person more reflective and working towards development of working culture. In
working environment, it puts necessary measure on development of an individual to led skills,
traits or competencies to be developed at a competitive level of zone. In the current era of
development, reflection over the scenario has put major source of source for development of an
individual (Ndwandwe and et. al., 2017). This report will be conducted on self-reflection and
evaluation to known certain incidents or issues happened during the work environment. In this
report, focus will be given for doing analysis of an issues and problem happened in context of
work based/learning related. Along with this, focus will be given to discussion over learning or
academic theory. This report will also put its major discussion on why learning through
reflection is necessary and also what level of reflective model will be used to here along with its
major discussion over relating this to personal and professional development.
TASK 1
( TASK 1a) Reflection on a one week event
This assessment is majorly based on making a perfect and suitable reflection on work or
learning incidence happened to me last week. I was going through various learning based work
or learning during the my development. During this several things, happened such as interaction
with other or people of different to be seek in order to generate suitable outcomes over the time.
In this, I will put major discussion over events which happened to me such as various interaction
with different level of people, some major issues or sometimes unexpected events, which were
not hoped to be generated (Pasha, 2016). This events was happened in second week of this PPDI
module or learning based program. In this module, this event was not really expected and this
has put influences on my working the credential or potential. During an interaction with level of
people, an issue relating to skills relating to communication, analytics and people management, I
was failed, as because of lack of necessary competencies to get engaged with different level of
people and also it has led over development of unsourced things or issues within given period of
time.
As, this incidence is completely based on ineffective process of process in the working
environment along with generating suitable and productive results out of the given incidents. As,
this events is seriously unexpected in context of organisational working along with developing
learning based environment in a business environment.
Significance of this incidence or events
This events is really significant for me to make myself under an condition to make realise
several shortcoming or issue inside me to make more developed or learning based to develop my
skills, competencies or individual goals and targets to arrive at a defined conclusion or major
results for assessment. This incidence is significant for me to make realise certain things or issue
in relation to development of my personal or project design based implementation for the longer
period of time (Osborne, 2018). This incidence is particularly helpful for me to led development
of the personal exposure and measure to make realise scope for future improvements into the
future. This would help me to get definite idea on what scope, there is the need for personal and
project based implementation over the period of time. Also, this events is also suitable to
enhance sources of idea or implementation which are highly necessary to generate relevant
learning based suitability and scope for longer period of time. Hence, this events is very
necessary to generate suitable and productive outcomes by generating leaning based approach or
style to scope for empowering results or outcomes into the given period of time.
Initial reaction over given incidence
This incidence was happened, because of lack of effective knowledge inside mine just
because of ineffective working regulation or sources of improper in that one week events. Also,
lack of proper and effective is a major reason behind occurrence of such events at a greater scale
of time. During this one week, incidence related to the ineffective working has been found for
me along with improper learning (Krueger, 2018). This is one week event is majorly focused on
seminar which are conducted to enhance sources for building learning based activities in a
person or groups of an individual to enhance business based growth & productivity till this entire
one week events or work based task. Here, my reaction as very disappointing, as I never aspects
such kind of task from this aspects along with developing era of work based role or targets. I also
realised that, it isnecessary for me to led complete and productive realisation in context of
learning and also bringing learning culture in an organisation. Also, I realised that this incidence
