INTRODUCTION
This report focus upon the studying and reviewing some basic approaches of the effective
reflective learning approach, this will help the people in learning new skills and abilities through
the experiences and practical measures. This will help me to identify the weak and the strong
areas of the organization in the most effective manner. Identifying weak areas will help me to
recommend the suitable solution for the issues that are being faced by the organization. This
assignment will also lay emphasis upon the Reflective model of the Gibbs, which provides the
main measures through which one can learn PPDI module and can make the proper and
professional development into their carriers in a very effective manner. While on the other hand
this assignment also provides various kinds of the information about the one-week event in
which knowledge and experiences can be assessed by me and other people as per the PPDI
module and various kinds of activities in the organization. This assignment lay emphasis upon
the several kinds of the career development plans and policies which can be used to set goals ans
objectives which are essential to acquire the professionalism in me.

P.1. Why learning through reflection is important and what values could bring to travelling
professional development
Learning through reflection: Learning through reflection is most necessary thing for
each individual person in their life in order to learning several important things in the business in
relevant manner. Each learning need to adopt these techniques to learn effectively in their life in
order to sustain in the life in more sufficient form (Zoughi, 2012). Each person mostly learn form
its experience and post learning skills so, it reflects from their own experience in proper manner.
Reflection from inside experience encourage each individual person in order to learn several
innovative and reliable thing in effective manner. Some reflection is best done alone. Learning
reflection can be enhanced effectively with the carried out learning process from others in our
life in effective manner. We need to make utilisation of this method in order to gain more
experience from our knowledge and get better success in the out life effectively. Hence, as a
travelling agent in the UK based travelling company which is Tripit. I have learnt several new
things in about to travelling agent works and job responsibilities within the organisation
effectively. While working in Tripit travelling organisation, I have notices various roles of
travelling agent in respect to furnishing effective travelling services in the industry in effective

form. There are several kinds of services furnishing by Tripit organisation in the travelling
industry in the UK efficiently.
There are some of essential values which must be added in respect to proper evolution
in tour and travelling field:
 As a travelling agent I am required to formulate appropriate planning concerning to my
selected careers in the company and learn several new things and approaches regarding to
travelling agent in Tripit organisation, to learn from my experience in the company
effectively (Whitney and Clayton, 2011).
 I need to establish proper vision and mission towards travelling sector effectively and
making major focus on get achieved them within predetermined time period properly.
P.2. Gibbs reflection modules
This is an effective module in order to be really carefully in making you think through all
the phases of an experience or activity in my personal and professional life effectively. There are
several phrases presented here, which can be utilised by me in order to learn something
innovative from my travelling experience for getting sufficient success in my professional life,
in the first phase of Gibbs reflecting model, it defines about to description of my work relation at
the workplace properly. Moreover, I can understand what happened in my profession in order to

gaining more knowledge by self reflection at the workplace. Furthermore, I need to identify the
areas by which I need to make improvement and learn something new in agent profile. I need to
feel and think about to specific issues and situations at the workplace by which I can manager
my work in more sufficient form (Roghanizadeh, 2011). Moreover, Gibbs reflecting model
furnishing me some values by which I can proper evaluate particular situations for me what is
good and bed for me. As per the guidance of model, I can analyse some situations in my
professional life which occurs while working as travelling agent at the workplace. After I need to
reach to specific conclusion and take action plan as per my possible effective manner within
Tripit organisation effectively.
P.3. Applying Gibbs reflection model and three main things which I have learnt from the PDDI
Applying Gibbs module: There are several kinds of works are being done in Tripit
organisation by me effectively and some situations teach me something innovative things at the
workplace. So as per guidance of Gibbs reflecting model, I need to completion of all role which
is promoting and marketing the business activities at the workplace in sufficient manner and also
providing advice about visas and passports at the workplace in more effective form in order to
sustain in the market in more relevant form. As per guidance of Gibbs model, I need to analyse
some situation at the workplace while performing each task in the firm effectively. I need to
make use of some areas by which effective improvement can be executed by me in my
performance as travelling agent at the workplace efficiently. There are several activities is being
done by me in the organisation effectively and all these activities teach me something new
leaning process appropriately (Renard and Allenou, 2015). So I need to analyse what actual
happening at the workplace while performing each task in the enterprise and make feel that what
you have done to make improvement in such specific situations in the organisation. I need to
evaluate some situation in which I need to recognise that what has been done by me and how it is
beneficial for Tripit organisation in the travelling industry properly. According to proper analysis
of situation at that time when I performed my task as travelling agent works.

make improvement in my communicational skills in order to better connect with our
clients in the company effectively.
 Moreover, second thing, which I have learnt that is, I need to enhance my experience to

suggestions to my customers in the company.
 As travelling agent in Tripit organisation, I also need to work as marker of the company
so, I need to acquire several marketing approaches at the workplace to making promotion
of company's effective travelling services in the industry in more relevant ways.
P.4. Does this differ from my previous knowledge of these areas
As per effective knowledge gained by me with the assistance of Gibbs model, I have
noticed that, varied of sector in travelling sector which I have acquired while working as
travelling agent in the business in more effective manner. I need to proper make analysis of my
task performance in the company and as per my performance in the company, I need to make use
of some effective techniques by which sufficient development could be gained by me in proper
format. I have also found out some of my weak areas in which I needed to make proper
improvement in order to get more success in my professional life (Patton, 2010). From my
previous knowledge in the company I could have not able to identify my weak section properly
and make improvement in them in sufficient form. There are several skills and knowledge
regarding to travelling sector, I required to make improvement in order to gain more success. As
per proper reflection method of Gibbs model, I have been able to understood several new things
regarding to travelling agent in the business in effective ways. So I need to work on those
weaken sections in my professions for improving my communicational skills and marketing
skills for survive in travelling industry in more sufficient manner. I need t analyse my previous
experience to learn new thing in unique way in the company effectively.

There are some essential values which have been acquired by me while applying Gibbs
model for learning from my self reflection from previous knowledge in sufficient form there ae
several things which I have been learnt by adopting Gibbs model on my reflection learning style.
As working travelling agent in Tripit company, I have identified that, I need to make
improvement in several kinds of skills and knowledge in order to sustain in the market in more

relevant form. In case of execute better performance in some travelling sector, I need to acquire
some relevant knowledge about to travelling agent proper role and responsibilities at the
workplace so that effective development can be executed by me properly, moreover, as a
travelling agent in Tripit organisation, I need to make improvement in my sales skills sufficiently
in order to sustain in the market in more relevant form. From Gibbs model, I have noticed that,
from my previous knowledge, I need to become more up markets and be complex in order to
sustain well in travelling sector effectively (Morón-García, 2010). Apart from it, when applying
reflecting model to identify my skills and knowledge, I need to frequently self check out whether
I am delivering the best value to my customers or not in Tripit corporation sufficiently.

are Dewey model, Bound model, Kolb models and Lawrence-Wilkes and Ashmore models,
which furnish the vales in which different kinds of self reflective learning approaches comes out
in the form of proper development of their issues in more effective manner so that each of them
can get more efficient services. In order to learn and gain the new skills and knowledge different
